Privacy notice

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, an optional phone number, your student’s grade level, the subjects you’re interested in, and anything you choose to write in the two optional free-text boxes.

We deliberately do not ask for your student’s name, date of birth, school, or any account credentials. If you send those to us anyway, we’ll only use them to help your student.

The optional learning-differences field

That field exists so Dr. McClure can plan a first session that actually fits your student. It is optional in the real sense — leaving it blank changes nothing about how we respond to you.

What you write there is read by Dr. McClure and no one else. It is not shared, sold, published, or used for advertising, and it is not combined with information from anywhere else.

How your message reaches us

The form is processed by Formspree, which passes your message to Dr. McClure by email. Formspree is a third-party service and handles your submission under its own privacy policy on the way through.

Tracking

This site sets no cookies. There is no advertising network, no social media pixel, and no cross-site tracking of any kind. Fonts and images are served from this site rather than from a third-party CDN, so simply reading these pages doesn’t report your visit to anyone else.

How long we keep it

Inquiries stay in Dr. McClure’s email so he can follow up and keep continuity with returning families. If you’d like your inquiry deleted, ask and it will be.

Children

This form is for parents and guardians, not for students to fill out themselves. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.
